On 5/16/19 at approximately 2:30 PM, the police were notified that a resident at Hulme Highrise was in her apartment when she heard someone attempt to open the front door of the residence. The door was locked, but through the peephole she observed a short, bald, African American male in his 50's at the door. He was wearing a navy blue jacket, and he walked away in the direction of the elevator.

Police responded and could not locate the male. After investigating, it did not appear that any other apartments were entered. No other residents reported seeing the male.
