Suspect Information: Asian male with black hair, 20-30 years of age, 5'10", 150 lbs with a muscular build; the suspect was wearing a T-shirt (unknown color) and trousers (unknown color)
Additional Details: The victim reported to the Stanford Department of Public Safety that he was riding his bicycle near Green Library when a male whom the victim did not know motioned for him to stop. The male victim stopped, and the male suspect grabbed the victim around the neck while saying something about taking the victim’s bicycle. After a brief struggle, the suspect let go of the victim. The suspect laughed as he walked away. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries and no property was stolen from the victim.
